With the release of Eos v3.1, Eos software includes custom encoder maps.
To support this new feature, Ion Classic consoles require changing one of the encoder paging buttons.
Please note: This store ships only within the United States. Customers in Europe may order keycaps from the EU shop. If you are located in other regions, please contact your local dealers for keycap replacements.
A valid console serial number is required to ensure these free keycaps are provided only for supported consoles (if you have multiple consoles, enter ‘see notes’ and list them in the order notes). If you have special circumstances, please include a note with your order or contact customer service.
