Online Orders

Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Only one (1) payment method will be accepted per order.

 

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship online purchases only to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship online orders to U.S. territories.

Online orders containing ETC product must be shipped to a physical street address.

Not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Please call (608) 831-4116 (outside the U.S.) or (800) 688-4116 (within the U.S.) to place your order.

Shipping Options

We choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on your delivery requirements. The current options for shipping in the U.S. are:

  • Ground shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited (2–3 business days)

If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you may not select the 2-3 business days option.

Shipping charges are subject to applicable sales tax.

 

Returns

Online Purchases

Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Call (800) 688-4116 or email us to get a return material authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once you have a RMA number, send us your return with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the box. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.

Dealer Purchases

Items purchased from a dealer must be returned where you purchased them. Return policies may vary. Restocking fees may apply. Contact the dealer directly for their return policy information.
